‘Navras’ of life were depicted in a colourful extravaganza by more than 400 Hundred Students.

Dance is said to be one of the prominent medium to praise the God. It could be any dance form. Dance has all the characteristics, which a language has. That’s why students of Starex International School, Vasundhara Enclave children chose to dance as a medium to depict ‘Navaras’ or nine emotions of life on the stage on their school annual day function. Annual day function was inaugurated by former Vice Chief of Army Lt.Gen Chandrashekhar (Retd). The function was well attended and presided by the President of East Point Society Maj Gen Harvant Kishan and the school Chairman Mr. M L Babbar.
A grand show was put up by the students. This entire celebrations ruled by the performances of more than 400 students. The programme started by a ballet on happiness and joy by pre primary children. ‘Navras’ or nine emotions of life were depicted in a colourful extravaganza. “A Ballet” by more than four hundred students of the school was a display of human emotions and their effect on history was presented through dance and drama with visual effects.
Chief Guest Lt. Gen Chandrashekhar said Annual Day or any other celebrations at school, helps to improve extra curricular activities in children and to boost up their confidence level. Every school must arrange these types of celebrations in order to inculcate the interest towards the cultural activities in students right from their childhood.
